Kristen is a licensed marriage and family therapist & registered art therapist, certified NeurOptimal® neurofeedback practitioner and certified ADHD professional. She is also trained in Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and she  is a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner (CIMHP)
